Aircraft Pictures

Click on the thumbnails below to view an enlarged image.

These  pictures were taken by Club member Mike Broderick. The air-to-air pictures were taken aboard an Army AH-1 Cobra helicopter, while in route from Mansfield to Dayton. Two Cobras and 3 UH-1 Hueys were in the formation. Mike held the camera back over the divider and took the pictures of pilot John Woodward. The other pictures show Club members Gayle Freeman and Mark Daugherty at MFD getting rides in the Cobra.

The Army Aviation Heritage Foundation http://www.armyav.org/ owns and operates the aircraft. They performed at the 2003 Mansfield Air show and were going to Dayton to perform for the Dayton Air Show.
